Our Process
Reach out with an idea, a pattern, or photo inspiration. We can discuss size, color, yarn type, etc. At that point I will provide you a projected quote which will include: cost of materials, hourly rate, and shipping (insured). Adjustments may be made, but will not exceed $10 more than the initial quote***
Inquiry
A non-refundable deposit for materials needed to be purchased is required before construction will begin on your project.
Deposit Required
Photos will be consistently provided with progress of your project. If any changes need to be made, we can communicate clearly and quickly to have them done.
Updates and Input
Finishing and Shipping
Once the item is finished and has been approved in pictures, full payment on the invoice*** will be required before shipping, no exceptions. Once payment is received, item will be shipped within 3 days, via an insured package.
***unless project takes over double the time predicted, in which case a by hour charge will be added to your invoice. This will NOT be done without communication.
